Systeme.io Pricing 2026: Free, Startup, Webinar or Unlimited?
Current monthly pricing is $0 for Free, $17 for Startup, $47 for Webinar and $97 for Unlimited. The best plan is the lowest tier that removes a real feature or capacity constraint.

The current monthly ladder is $0, $17, $47 and $97
Systeme.io currently publishes four main monthly plans: Free at $0, Startup at $17, Webinar at $47 and Unlimited at $97. Annual billing is also available and the official pricing page advertises two months free when paying for a year.
The easiest way to choose is not to start with the most expensive plan you could imagine needing. Start with the lowest tier that supports the next complete sales journey you intend to build, then move up when the account itself gives you evidence that more capacity is necessary.
Free is designed for validation and small working setups
Free currently supports up to 2,000 contacts, three sales funnels, one automation rule, one workflow and one custom domain. It also provides access to the platform’s main categories of tools, so a new user can build more than a superficial demo.
Choose Free when the offer, audience or workflow is still being proven. The absence of a monthly fee lets you focus on whether visitors become leads and whether leads move toward the offer before software cost becomes part of the optimization problem.
Startup at $17 is the first capacity upgrade
Startup currently raises the published limits to 5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 10 automation rules, five workflows and three custom domains. It is a natural step for a small business that has outgrown one simple setup but does not need webinar-specific features.
The plan is most defensible when you can identify what it unlocks: another funnel, more automation, extra domains or additional contact capacity. Paying only after a limit becomes concrete keeps the subscription tied to activity rather than expectation.
Webinar at $47 adds evergreen webinars and much more room
Webinar currently supports up to 10,000 contacts, 50 funnels, 100 automation rules, 20 workflows and 10 custom domains, and it adds evergreen webinar functionality. That makes it a different decision from simply buying a slightly larger Startup account.
Choose it when automated webinars are part of the acquisition or sales model, or when several Startup limits are becoming restrictive at the same time. If neither condition is true, the extra $30 per month may not yet be doing useful work.
Unlimited at $97 is for removing recurring capacity ceilings
Unlimited currently removes the main limits on contacts, funnels, automation rules and custom domains. The benefit is operational freedom for an account that is already managing enough campaigns, contacts or assets for limits to become a repeated concern.
Do not use the plan name as a growth target. Unlimited makes economic sense when the value of avoiding those limits is greater than the additional subscription cost, not simply because the business hopes to become larger later.
Choose the tier first, then decide between monthly and annual billing
Annual billing can reduce the effective yearly cost, but locking into the wrong tier is not a saving. While the business model is changing quickly, Free or monthly billing can preserve useful flexibility.
Once the workflow and tier have been stable long enough that you reasonably expect to keep them for a year, compare the annual total with twelve monthly payments. The order matters: choose the right capacity first, then optimize the billing period.
Check these four signals.
✓Free still covers your current workload
✓A specific limit makes Startup worth $17
✓Evergreen webinars or higher limits justify Webinar
✓Several recurring ceilings make Unlimited operationally useful
The safest way to choose is to build a small real-world workflow.
Test the part of the customer journey that matters most before moving your entire system.
